Vanessa Valery is a life long resident of Worcester.  She is a graduate of Worcester State College with a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Psychology and Sociology.  She holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and Grant Writing from Anna Maria College.   Vanessa has been employed for 34 years as an Eligibility Specialist/Assistant Manager with the Teamsters Local 170 Health & Welfare Fund.

Vanessa is a highly motivated individual with a strong track record in delivering the highest quality customer service, she has unmatchable communication and negotiation skills.  She possess proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
